Getting Started

Setting up with ACH Processing:

Every business or sole proprietor will need to fill out an application, which must be completed and mailed to American EFT, Inc. Once approved there is a one time set up fee of $149.00

Approval is usually within one week. You will be set up with an account, PIN number and Upload Pass Codes, as well as automatic email reporting. You will receive daily statements and information on any returns/corrections.

Payroll Processors will receive forms for their clients to complete prior to their direct deposit processing.

We also accept Direct Deposit Payroll files directly from other software…please inquire!

Separate pricing for:

ACH for the PC or Wasp Software License

License ACH for the PC © or Wasp software from us and you perform all data entry functions and transmit transactions.

ACH Processing Account

IF using your own ACH software or Payroll Direct Deposit software your company can still process with American EFT, Inc. In fact a company can process for as many different company payrolls with one account. Multiple company operations or additional A/R accounts will be subject to additional monthly fee.

Service Bureau

OUTSOURCE YOUR PROCESSING
We’ll act as your "Service Bureau" and perform your EFT transmissions.

Billing

American EFT, Inc bills clients only via automatic debit. You will only be billed once a month for your transaction activity.
