American EFT, Inc. is a privately held corporation co-founded by Ms. Lisa Krueger and Ms. Barbara Ohlson in 1999. Both are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. American EFT, Inc has grown a strong client base over the past years and maintained an excellent reputation in the ACH processing industry.

Ms. Lisa Krueger - CEO
Ms. Krueger has an impressive background in the computer technology field. In January of 1991 Ms. Krueger founded Mega Micro, Inc. and was President and CFO until its sale to Mega Micro Technologies Group, Inc. in 1996. During Ms. Krueger's ownership, the company consistently exceeded its anticipated goals and had an explosive beginning year, with over two million in computer component sales! The company's sales steadily grew to annual gross sales of over 18 million. Ms. Krueger is directing her talents to her latest joint enterprise, American EFT, Inc.

Ms. Barbara Ohlson- CFO/COO
Ms. Ohlson has an extensive background in Bookkeeping and Tax Preparation. Her career has encompassed ownership of a successful construction company in San Diego, and a Mountain Resort in Wyoming! Ms. Ohlson has also been the Operations Director of an elite multi-million dollar self-storage and strip mall company for over 8 years! Relocation to the Beverly Hills area of the firm has allowed Ms. Ohlson to embark on the current endeavor with American EFT! As a specialist in the accounts receivable and accounts payable area Ms. Ohlson feels that the use of the Automated Clearing House Network will enhance many businesses. With American EFT, Inc. Ms. Ohlson is dedicated to the development, promotion and use of the electronic highway as a valuable resource for large and small businesses.
